May 1st, 2025 – 12PM MST (Noon) –  Public Team Registration Starts
  • You can register your hockey team
  • You can start inviting your players to take care of their league fees once the team is set up on the schedule plan of your choice
July 1st, 2025 – 12 PM MST (Noon) – Early Bird Deadline
  • You must register your team and pay in full receive Early Bird Cashback – see what full payment means.
  • Cash Back will be issued to your team GM on January 15th, 2026
  • See pricing pages for applicable credits
  • All teams on Budget Schedule must be paid in full
July 15th, 2025 – 12 PM MST (Noon) – Last Day To Withdraw Registration
  • Last day to withdraw team registration and receive full refund of deposit, and any fees paid by players. (Does not apply to Budget teams)
  • Deposits become non refundable for Home Ice Premium, Home Ice and Regular schedule options, barring unforeseen circumstances like season cancellation or adjustment due to new regulations
August 1st, 2025 – 12PM MST (Noon) – Team Registration/Deposit Deadline
  • Last day to register your team for winter hockey
  • Deposit must be paid by all registered teams – $1,500

September 1st, 2025 – 12PM MST (noon) – Full Payment and Late Fees
  • Full payment means one of the following:
    • All players have paid their fee and team has a current balance of zero for the season – see team fee statement from accounting
    • Some players have paid their fee in full, and the rest of the players are signed up on payments making the team’s future balance zero or negative. (If everyone on payments pays their fees on time, the team will have paid all their fees.)
  • Late fees applied to all teams with invoice balances
September 10th, 2025
  • Target date for season start, some teams may play games on this day, while others will have their first game that week
December 31st, 2025
  • All player payments must be complete (teams with balances may incur late fee)
April 1st, 2026
  • Target start date for playoffs, some teams will play their first playoff game that week.
