December 1st, 2023 – 12PM MST (Noon) – TEAM REGISTRATION STARTS
- You can register your hockey team
- You can start inviting your players to take care of their team fees once the team is set up on the schedule plan of your choice
March 1st, 2024 – 12PM MST (Noon) – EARLY BIRD DEADLINE
- You must register your team and pay in full receive Early Bird Cashback. This means your team’s full invoice must be brought to zero by players on payment plans or via full player payments, Cash Back will be issued to your team GM on June 15th, 2024

- All teams on Budget must be paid in full
March 15th, 2024 – 12PM MST (Noon) – TEAM WITHDRAWAL AND FEE REFUND CUT-OFF
- Last day to withdraw team registration and receive full refund of deposit, and any fees paid by players. (Does not apply to teams on Budget Schedule Package)
- Deposits become non refundable for Midweek 9PM, Midweek and Regular schedule options, barring unforeseen circumstances like season cancellation or adjustment due to new regulations
- Budget Schedule Package deposit, and/or team fees are not refundable at any point
April 1st, 2024 – 12PM MST (Noon) – TEAM REGISTRATION/DEPOSIT DEADLINE
- Last day to register your team for summer hockey
- Deposit must be paid by all registered teams – $1,500
April Team GM Meetings
- Richmond – End of April – TBA
- Calgary – End of April – TBA
- Edmonton – End of April – TBA
May 1st, 2024 – 12PM MST (noon) – FULL PAYMENT AND SEASON START
- Your team’s full invoice must be brought to zero by May 1st, 2024 by players on payment plans or via full player payments
- Late fees are applied to all teams with invoice balances
- Target season start date
June 30th, 2024 – all team balances must be zero
- All player payments must be complete (teams with balances may incur late fee)
August 1st, 2024 – Playoffs Start
- Target start date for playoffs, some teams will play their first playoff game that week.
